The Panda web platform

Panda is an online platform available on all devices and operating systems, it is an electronic portal that facilitates and simplifies the communication between parents and schools. Panda does that by providing everything the parent needs to properly monitor their children in a mobile app (android and IOS), it also gives the parents an easy way to communicate with the school administration through a simple and intuitive chat interface in the application. As well as making the work of the school staff much easier by streamlining all repetitive tasks they have to do. My role in Panda has been that of a project manager where I had the responsibility to manage the highly professional development team (me included as a backend developer) in order to finish the product in a limited time-frame and with a very limited budget. And we've been able to complete the first version in record time and it is currently in production while the second version is already on its way.
